What it costs to import a car with us.
One flat service fee, paid at the end. Everything else is the car, the shipping and government charges, each invoiced by the party doing the work.

Searching, shortlisting and quoting cost nothing. You see the translated auction sheet and a written landed-cost estimate before you commit to anything. Payment one falls due only once the lot is won.
A flat fee per car ($1,100 including GST of $100), not a percentage of the price. Invoiced by Japan Motor Source on compliance completion, once the car is compliant and ready to register.
Three invoices, three parties, in the order the work happens.
You never pay one lump sum into a black box. You hold the full estimate before the first invoice.

The deposit
A deposit is only required once you ask us to place a bid - nothing is paid before that. The deposit is $1,000 for bids under ¥2,000,000, or 10% of the bid for bids of ¥2,000,000 or more. It is refundable if we don't win the car.
What's not included
State registration and CTP. You pay these in your state when you register the car, after it is compliant.
Compliance is completed by our partner workshop in Australia.
